Protecting Your Accounts

• Report lost or stolen cards or checks to your nearest FCB Banking Center immediately. To report a lost or stolen card, you can also call 1-844-202-5333. Remember with our Mobile Banking app, you can turn your Check Card off if you should lose or misplace it. If it is found, you can easily turn it right back on using our Mobile Banking app.  Instructions for turning your Check Card on and off can be found here.
• Review account statements carefully and regularly.
• Limit the amount of information on checks. Don’t print your driver license number or Social Security number on your checks.
• Store new and cancelled checks in a safe and secure location.
