Report a Lost/Stolen Check Card

To report a lost or stolen VISA^® Check Card, contact your nearest FCB Banking Center or if after hours, call 844-202-5333.

You also have the ability to instantly turn your Check Card on and off.  Below are some simple instructions you can follow:

• Log into your Online Banking access
• If on mobile device, click “Menu” in bottom left-hand corner
• Select “Manage Cards” from the list
• Locate the card that you wish to apply changes to, and click on the green “ON” button
• Confirm that you want to turn this card off by clicking the red “TURN OFF” button
• To turn your card back on, you can simply follow the same steps clicking on the black “OFF” button this time.
