Instant Issue:  No need to wait for your card in the mail!  Whether you open a new account or need to replace a lost or damaged card, you will receive your new VISA® Check Card before leaving your FCB® Banking Center.

Contactless:  Tap to Pay with Contactless VISA® Check Card!  Contactless allows you to say goodbye to swipes and inserts – allowing you to tap and go!  Making transactions fast, secure and easy!

 

How to pay with a contactless card:

When prompted, bring your card within a few inches of the contactless symbol on the checkout terminal.

Your payment is securely processed in seconds. Once your payment is confirmed, you’re good to go!

Here are some helpful tips on managing your VISA® Check Card:

 

How to instantly turn your Check Card on and off:

  • Log into your Online Banking access
  • If on mobile device, click “Menu” in bottom left-hand corner
  • Select “Manage Cards” from the list
  • Locate the card that you wish to apply changes to, and click on the green “ON” button
  • Confirm that you want to turn this card off by clicking the red “TURN OFF” button
  • To turn your card back on, you can simply follow the same steps clicking on the black “OFF” button this time.

 

How to change your PIN number:

  • Log into your Online Banking access
  • If on mobile device, click “Menu” in bottom left-hand corner
  • Select “Manage Cards” from the list
  • Select the card you wish to apply changes to
  • Under the Security tab, select “Change PIN”
  • Follow the prompts to change your PIN

To report a lost or stolen VISA ® Check Card, contact your nearest FCB Banking Center or if after hours, call 844-202-5333.

 

Currency Conversion and International Transactions. When you use your VISA® Check Card at a merchant that settles in currency other than US dollars, the charge will be converted into the US dollar amount. The currency conversion rate used to determine the transaction amount in US dollars is either a rate selected by Visa from the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date, which rate may vary from the rate Visa itself receives, or the date may differ from the rate in effect on the transaction date or posting date. Visa USA charges us a .8% International Service Assessment on all international transactions, regardless of whether of whether there is a currency conversion. If there is a currency conversion, the International Service Assessment is 1% of the transaction. In either case, we pass this international transaction fee on to you. An international transaction is a transaction where the country of the merchant is outside the US.
