eStatements

Go paperless and activate FREE eStatements today!  Utilizing FCB’s electronic statements is the fastest, safest, and most convenient way to receive your monthly statements.  The benefits include:

• No charge for eStatements
• Quicker access to your new statement each month
• Eliminates the hassle of hunting for misplaced or lost documents
• No shredding necessary
• Easily access and analyze past statements
• More secure than receiving mailed statements that can be vulnerable to theft

You can choose from Online Statements or Email Statements.  See below for instruction on how to get started.

Online Statements

If you are an Online Banking user, you can access your statements online any time.  To access:

1. Log into your Online Banking access
2. Select “Documents” in the left-hand column
3. Click on the option labeled “Statements”
4. Using the drop-down on the right-hand side, you can select the account # and date for any statement you would like to view from the past 7 years

Email Statements

FCB’s Email Statement service sends you a monthly account statement directly to your email. When your account statement is ready for viewing, you will receive an email notification containing a quick link to our eStatement site.  To sign up:

1. Log into your Online Banking access
2. Click the tab labeled “Messages”
3. Click on “Choose a form to submit”
4. Select “Email Statement Enrollment”
5. Complete the requested information and click “Submit”

Once you have completed your Email Statement request, your next account statement will be sent to you via email to the email address you provided.
